Location: The Health Department office is located on 4th St. (next to the Argus Observer)
Department at a glance: The Malheur County Health Department is responsible for a variety of Public Health programs.

The Health Department is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. & 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays. Services offered include: Immunizations; Family Planning, including emergency contraception; Communicable Disease; HIV Testing and Counseling; Emergency Preparedness; WIC; Vital Statistics (birth certificates/death certificates); seasonal influenza vaccines; and Registered Nurse home visiting programs.
