| Justice Court at a glance: | Malheur County Justice Court Judge is also the Municipal Court Judge for the cities of Ontario and Nyssa. The Court hours are 7:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. Tuesday is Juvenile Court day, which begins at 7:00 a.m. Wednesday is Traffic Court day, which begins at 7:00a.m., followed by Community Court which begins at 10:00 a.m. Thursday is Truancy Court day which begins at 8:00am every other week throughout the school year. Trials and hearings are held throughout the week, Small claims and F.E.D.'s are handled daily. A bilingual(Spanish) person is on staff from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Master Card and Visa is accepted or pay online. |
