| Justice Court at a glance: | Malheur County Justice Court Judge is also the Municipal Court Judge for the city of Ontario and Nyssa. Tuesday is Juvenile Court day which begins at 7 a.m. Wednesdays is Traffic Court day which begin at 7a.m. Trials and hearings are held throughout the week. Small claims and F.E.D.'s are handled daily. A Spanish bilingual person is on staff from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Master Card and Visa are accepted. Weddings are performed by appointment. |
