NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Malheur County Court will hold the first public hearing September 23, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. and the second public hearing October 7, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. in Room 107 at the Malheur County Courthouse to consider adoption of Ordinance No. 183, An Ordinance Updating and Re-Numbering the Malheur County Code as it Relates to Administrative Procedure, Open Burning, Public Nuisances, Solid Waste and Environmental Health. The ordinance is available for review and for photocopying at $.25 a page in Room 106 of the Courthouse or at www.malheurco.org. Written comments may be submitted to the Malheur County Court, 251 B St W, Vale, OR 97918 prior to the hearing dates and times. Oral comments may be given at the public hearings.
