NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ORDINANCE NO. 184
The Malheur County Court will conduct a public hearing on a proposed revised ordinance for home occupations. Two public hearings will be held, 9:00 a.m. on October 7, 2009, and 9:00 a.m. on October 21, 2009, at the Malheur County Courthouse, 251 B St West, Vale, Oregon, Room 107. The existing home occupation ordinance can be found in Malheur County Code at 6-6-8-6. The proposed revisions to the ordinance would add sections on minor home occupations, home occupations, and home businesses. The public hearing is being conducted in accordance with Malheur County Code 6-10, Legislative Amendments.
