SUMMARY: This measure dissolves the Quinn Rural Fire Protection District (District).  The boundaries of the District can be served with fire protection services through the Nevada McDermitt Fire Department.  The District does not have a permanent tax rate and has not collected taxes since the 1995-1996 fiscal year.  There are no uncollected taxes, assessments or charges levied by the District.  The District does not have any interest in real or personal property or assets.  There are no outstanding bonds or coupons.  The only outstanding indebtedness of the District is $112.52 payable to Malheur County for the cost of the May 2007 election to elect directors to fill vacancies on the District board.  Malheur County agrees to discharge this debt.   The May 2007 election for three vacant board member positions was unsuccessful.  No one filed for election.  One of three positions was filled by two electors writing in the same name.  All bank accounts for the District are closed.  This summary is the entire plan for dissolution of the District.
