Rail Services

Union Pacific Railroad's mainline passes through Ontario. Nyssa and Adrian are also serviced by Union Pacific. Vale has service through Oergon Eastern Railroad. Union Pacific Railroad hauls freight.

Air Services

Ontario, Oregon has a modern, general aviation airport. The Fixed Base Operator offers charter service, flight instruction, aircraft maintenance, flight service station fuel and other services. Vale has an airport. Jordan Valley is in the process of developing an airport. A major full-service airport is one hour away in Boise, Idaho with multiple daily services provided by Alaska/Horizon, Delta, Southwest and United to name a few..

Other Services

There are at least 12 motor carriers available. Greyhound and Porter Stage Lines offers bus service. Taxis provides local transportation. Additionally, the County has a number of transportation services available through "dial-a-ride" and other car pool type services. There are private van shuttle services from Ontario to Cladwell, Nampa and Boise. Ada County Highway Division provides a van-pool service for employees along the same route.

Major Highways

Ontario has access to five major highways. These highways include: I-84, US 95, US 20-26, US 30 and OR 201. Vale is conveniently located on US 20-26 and is only minutes away from I-84 and US 95. Jordan Valley is on US 95 and Nyssa is located along the Idaho-Oregon border within easy access of the major highway, as well. Both Ontario and Nyssa are located on OR 201.
