The Malheur County Court will hold a public hearing to consider a rate increase proposal for Ontario Sanitary Service/Waste Connections, within the boundaries of Malheur County not to include the City of Ontario, on May 24, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. (Mountain Time) at the Malheur County Courthouse, 251 B Street W, Room 106, Vale, Oregon 97918. The proposed increases reflect an 8% increase to the current Residential Service rates; establishing new zones and rates for Roll-Off (Drop Box) Services; and establishing Commercial Service rates for front load containers.
