MALHEUR COUNTY BUDGET COMMITTEE

 

The Malheur County Budget Committee will meet on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 and Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at the Malheur County Courthouse, Room #106, Vale to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.  The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. each day. 

 

The meeting is a public meeting and deliberations of the Budget Committee will take place.  Any person may participate in the meeting and discuss the proposed budget with the Budget Committee.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Reading and the adoption of the Ordinance #235, pursuant MCC Title 6, Chapter 10.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

Malheur County Court will hold two public hearings on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 and Wednesday, April 3, 2024 both at 10:00 a.m. at the Malheur County Courthouse Room 106, 251 B Street W, Vale, Oregon, for reading and the adoption of the Ordinance #235, pursuant MCC Title 6, Chapter 10.

Ordinance #235 – an ordinance adopting a post acknowledgement comprehensive plan amendment to include approximately 80 acres of tax lot 3200, a 308.42-acre parcel, assessor’s map 16S47E on the Malheur County Comprehensive Plan Goal 5 Resource Inventory as a significant aggregate site. The applicant is Darren Lee and the owner of the property is Dallas Head.

Meeting of the Malheur County Compensation Board

There will be a meeting of the Malheur County Compensation Board on Monday, March 18, 2024 at the Malheur County Courthouse Clerks Conference Room at 10am where the compensation of the Malheur County Elected Officials for fiscal year 2024-2025 will be discussed.
