Public Hearing – Updating Building Code Ordinance

ORDINANCE UPDATING THE MALHEUR COUNTY BUILDING CODE TITLE 5, CHAPTER 3 OF THE MALHEUR COUNTY CODE; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

 

The Malheur County Court will hear the above-entitled ordinance (Ordinance No. 224) on April 1, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. in room 106 of the Malheur County Courthouse, 251 B Street West, Vale.  Due to the Coronavirus the public is encouraged to participate in the hearing telephonically by calling 1-571-317-3129, Access Code:  299-510-653 (long distance charges may apply).   A toll-free number is available and can be obtained by calling 541-473-5124.  Written comments will be received up to and including the date and time of the hearing and may be emailed to kim.ross@malheurco.org. NOTICE OF MALHEUR COUNTY COMPENSATION BOARD MEETING

A public meeting of the Compensation Board of Malheur County, State of Oregon to discuss the compensation of County Officials for the fiscal year of July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 will be held at the 316 NE Goodfellow, Ontario, Oregon.  The meeting will take place on the 24th day of March at 12:00 pm.  Any person may appear at this meeting.
