Services for community mental health, addiction treatment, recovery and prevention, problem gambling, and community developmental disabilities services are provided by Lifeways, Inc.

The County Court established the Malheur County Community Mental Health, Local Alcohol and Drug and Development Disabilities Advisory Committee in 1999.  The Committee advises and provides accountability to the County Court on community needs and priorities for developmental disabilities, mental health and addiction prevention and treatment services and assists in the planning and review of those identified services.

The Committee also serves as the Local Alcohol and Drug Advisory/Planning Committee and the Community Development Disabilities Program Issues Advisory Committee and performs those functions preserved in State Statutes, Oregon Administrative Rules and State Guidelines.

The Committee meets the fourth Wednesday of each month from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.   Meetings are open to the public and are currently being held electronically.


The Committee is comprised of up to seventeen members; the current members are:
