Tourist and Pool Facilities

Licensed Facility Fee Schedule Malheur County Fees for licensing of establishments.

 

 

Tourist Facilities:

Tourist- such as a hotel, motel, hostel, or bed and breakfast- and offers rooms, apartments, or sleeping facilities rented on a daily or weekly basis for a fee.

Recreation Park or Organizational Camp- designated for picnicking or overnight camping—including RV use for general public or designated for a group or organizational facility.
Tourist Facility Application Application for hotels, motels, recreation parks and organizational camps, and bed & breakfast type facilities.
Food Service License Application Application to be submitted if food service is provided at facility- such as continental breakfast service
Food Service Plan Review Application Application when constructing, opening or remodeling a food service establishment inside a Tourist Facility
Travelers Accommodations: Hotels and Motels Requirements for the construction, operation, and maintenance  of travelers’ accommodations and hostels.
Recreational Parks Requirements for the construction, operation, and maintenance  of Recreational Parks.

 

Pool and Spa Program:

Aquatic Venue- open to the general public and not classified as limited-use.
Limited-Use Aquatic Venue- Venues restricted to specific residents, patrons, or members at companion facilities such as hotels, residential housing, mobile home parks, camps, and clubs.
Pool & Spa application Application for pool, spa, or other water activity license.

Aquatic Facility Operation and Maintenance OAR 333-062 (intended for operators and inspectors)
