Federal 49 USC Section 5310 – Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities
Malheur County announces an opportunity for eligible transit agencies to apply for Federal Transit Assistance under 49 U.S.C. Section 5310, Formula Grants For the Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program. A total of $213,073 has been allocated by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) for projects located in Malheur County. Projects must be derived from the Malheur County Coordinated Transportation Plan adopted October 19, 2022. Applicants are required to contribute a local cash match of 10.27% of requested funds. Applications for funding must be submitted to the Malheur County no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 19, 2022. Successful applications will be funded for the 2023-2025 biennium.
