The Malheur County Court will hold a public hearing on February 18, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 106 of the Malheur County Courthouse, 251 B Street W, Vale, Oregon 97918 to receive written or oral comments on proposed increases to Bully Creek Park fees (Resolution R26-06). It is proposed to increase the overnight camping fee to $25 per sight (one (1) RV or one (1) tent); each additional tent $10; and the dump station fee to $15 for non-overnight guests. Oral comments may be given during the public hearing. Written comments will be received up to and including the date and time of the hearing and may be emailed to kim.ross@malheurco.org.
