Licensed Facilities Programs – Malheur and Baker Counties

The office is contracted with the Oregon Health Authority, particularly the Food, Pool and Lodging Program, to provide licensing and inspection of all public food service, swimming pools, R.V. parks, and motels. Food and water-related illnesses are investigated. Inspections are also done by request for school food service and day care homes.
