NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Malheur County Border Region Review Board (MCBRRB) will hold a telephonic public hearing on
August 22, 2024 at 05:30 pm. In person attendance is available at the Malheur County Justice Court –

Pursuant to Malheur County Code (MCC) 1-13-5 and MCC Title 7, the following applications will be reviewed:
Applicant #1: Sharon Rodgers – rezoning and land division of 2-acre parcels on property located at 2867 Lytle Blvd Nyssa, OR 97913, identified as tax lot 100 on Assessor’s map 20S46E08; Malheur County Ref. #10038.
