The Malheur Court will hold a public hearing on July 27, 2022 and August 10, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. to consider adoption of An Ordinance Prohibiting the Establishment of Psilocybin Product Manufacturers and Psilocybin Service Centers Within the Unincorporated Area of Malheur County; A Referral to Electors.  The hearings will be held at the Malheur County Courthouse, 251 B Street West, Room 107, Vale, OR  97918 and electronically at:  https://meet.goto.com/MCPZ/malheur-county-court  Access Code:  299-510-653.  All interested persons may appear and be heard.  Written comments may be emailed to:  kim.ross@malheurco.org  prior to the hearing date and time.   Oral comments may be given at the public hearing.
