Notice of Public Hearing of the Malheur County Border Region Review Board
Malheur County Border Region Review Board (MCBRRB) will hold a public hearing on
May 28, 2026 at 05:30 pm. In person attendance is available at the Vale Senior Center, 101 Longfellow Street South, Vale, Oregon.

Pursuant to Malheur County Code (MCC) 1-13-5 and MCC Title 7, the following application will be reviewed:
Applicant A: Jana Mitchel – rezoning and land division of one 2-acre parcel on property located on Bishop Rd, Vale OR identified as tax lot 501 Assessor’s map 19S44E16; Malheur County Ref. #20594.
Applicant B: Eben & Jennifer Berglund – rezoning and land division of one2-acre parcels on property located on Oak Rd, Ontario OR 97914 identified as tax lot 1801 Assessor’s map 17S47E19 Malheur County Ref. #21181.
Applicant C: Froerer Family Partnership – rezoning and land division of two 2-acre parcel on property located on 3150 Echo Rd, Nyssa OR identified as tax lot 700 Assessor’s map 19S46E27; Malheur County Ref. #9563.
Interested persons may appear and will be provided an opportunity to be heard. Testimony and evidence must be directed toward the criteria set out above.
